Welcome to Hunnah Wings - Aerial Coach

"Aerial Arts are for everyone - And every body."

I’m a neurodivergent and hypermobile aerial coach who works with neurodivergent and neurodiverse movers, beginner-advanced aerialists, and people seeking a different approach to exercise. Whether you're an experienced aerialist or you have no prior movement practices, my mission is to make Aerial Arts accessible, empowering, and fun for everyone.

Hi, I’m Hunnah 👋

Aerial Coach, Performer, Movement Nerd, and Lifelong Learner.

I believe that collaboration is key to progress and that a holistic movement approach benefits everyone. As a B.S. Psychology student and neurodivergent human, I don't believe there's a stand-alone way to learn aerial, but I do think that your goals and nervous system should lead the way. Want to know more?

“I've been training aerial arts since 2019 and started 1:1 sessions with Hunnah in 2023 - I can honestly say that I progressed more in our first 6 months together than in the whole 4 years of my previous training.
If you're looking to progress your aerial training with an approach that is ego-free, inclusive, and evidence-based, I cannot recommend Hunnah enough!"

Di F.

“Since starting 1:1 sessions with Hunnah, I have seen noticeable gains in my son, "A's", confidence, strength, balance, and coordination. Hunnah's problem solving abilities allow her to scaffold and reframe skills to break them down.
"A" has a real sense of pride in his accomplishments, loves spinning time at the end of his sessions, and sharing his special interests with Hunnah."

Tabitha I.

“I started aerial arts and 1:1 sessions with Hunnah in 2021 after a lot of mental health issues. Hunnah is patient, kind, and she caters teaching to your specific learning style/s and what your body can do. I'm neurodivergent, so learning new things can be scary and not everyone gets the way my brain works, but Hunnah is understanding of my struggles and is always supportive.
I highly recommend Hunnah and her coaching methods!”
