Booking and Cancellation Policy:

Payment: Is to be made in full at the time of booking.

Running Late: I get it. I'm neurodivergent and time often escapes me.
Call or Message me with your ETA and we'll discuss options if you're running more than 30m late.

Cancellation: Life happens. If you're unwell, please let me know ASAP and within 24h of your booking, where possible, and we'll discuss rescheduling your appointment. If other unforeseen circumstances have occurred, let's chat ASAP as I'm willing to make accommodations, as long as we're respecting each other's time and effort.

No-Show: No refund and your session will be forfeited.
