About Me

I'm Hunnah-Wings, a 30+ year-old, CIS, white, neurodivergent, hypermobile, woman, living on Darkinjung land, in NSW, Australia. I'm an experienced aerial coach with a deep commitment to Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion, in both life and practice. I believe that collaboration is key to progress and that students are the experts in their own body. I work with neurodivergent and neurodiverse individuals, people with disabilities, beginner-to-advanced aerialists, and pre/postnatal women—ensuring that Aerial Arts are truly accessible, empowering, and fun for everyone.

With a holistic-movement approach that honours the connection between mind, body, and nervous system, I design sessions that are deeply person-centred. My coaching blends strength, flexibility, balance, and coordination drills with creative exploration—guided by each student’s goals, body, and brain. My 1:1 sessions can include multiple aerial apparatuses and individualised progress tracking, and they're delivered in ways that are safe, sustainable, and aligned with student goals.

Currently studying a B.S. Psychology, I bring an understanding of mindset, nervous system regulation, and self-trust into every session. I'm trauma-informed, NSW police checked, and have a current NSW working with children check.

Whether you’re rediscovering your strength, refining technique, or starting fresh, I'd love to meet you where you’re at and support you to rise—because Aerial Arts are for everyone, and every body.
